As has been previously stated, it depends on many factors. Some of the most important are stack size, position, and opponent tendencies. I would recommend doing some reading into ICP or independent chip model. The most chips you have the less they are worth individually, especially when compared to smaller stacks. Use this to your advantage. If you have a monster stack, play aggressive as other people won't want to risk getting knocked out. If you have a small stack, it depends on your immediate goals. If you just want to make a min cash, play very tight. If you don't think you'll be able to fold into the money, look for a good opportunity to shove and hopefully double up.
