What was the poker book that created that paradigm shift that changed your game and why?

There is no one specific book for me. When I first started Phil Gordon's "little green book" help a lot with some poker strategy but like HOH it is mainly for MTT's. Collin Moshman's "Sit n Go strategy" was very helpful when mastering stt's but that strategy isnt as effective as it use to be. Jared Tendler's "the mental game of poker" was also great because it taught me that even great players make bad plays sometimes.

Anyway to summarize there wasn't any one book that unlocked the key to poker but each played an important role in my development.

Probably David Sklansky's "The Theory of Poker." People tend to mention that book a lot, and for good reason. No matter what game you play, no matter if it's fixed, pot, or no limit there is solid advice nobody who wants to play well can ignore. Granted, I'm an academic type, and I never really played too much before checking out my first poker book so I can't say it changed my game. But it definitely shaped it. I would also argue the advice he gives in it has stood up better than any other poker book I know.
