I bluff way too much.. and from this I have learnt, not everyone can be bluffed. So whats the point in bluffing a calling station whne we know he's probably going to call?

The best way to pull off a decent bluff is to know your opponents, if you know your opponent only plays the nuts why bluff? If we know our opponent only bets when he has something and has checked 2 streets maybe a half pot / pot size bet might get this guy off his A high or low pair hand.

For me its all about feeling out the situation and yes we will still get called and feel like a donkey but, the times they fold we can feel like a god!

Good luck!

Depends on the limits and players! If you play low limits play tight and dont try to catch bluff! In my opinion dont try to bluff unless if you dont do c-bet espacially if you dont have expirience in the pokerwith real money.Do bluff only if you know that your opponent folds many hands!

I regularly bluff when I miss my my draw's, but I'll always bet big.... In some times I shove in the river, but be carefull with some players especially in lower torunaments of 1$ a lot of players call with second pair no kicker

I always find a bluff bet is better than a bluff shove. Sometimes a shove can seem desperate and might tell your opponent I'm pot committed and missed my draw therefor leaving 2nd pair good.

It's harder to bluff online, there are a lot of call stations and players that don't understand what hand you'd be representing. This is where having a HUD becomes handy, it makes your opposition's play-style more predictable.

A good way to bluff is if the flop missed you, but villain checks, throw in a bet either 1/2 to 2/3rds the pot. He's likely to fold, unless he's a maniac or trying to check-raise you.

The best advice I can give for bluffing is to know when to get out. If your bluff fails and you go to showdown with nothing, wait for a good hand to bet again, it'll catch the table off guard.

the best way to bluff is to play your bluff hands the same way as your big hands. you have to be good at ranging your opponent and a lot of practice. also in freerolls or micro tournament you can't bluff peeps in the early stages, a lot of calling stations

Reading opponents is something I need to improve on... I have no great advice on this but if somebody is betting a lot post flop then I reason they cannot be connecting this much and are surely bluffing

The other day i missed the flop and forced 4 people to fold with a half pot bet... I haven't really got any great brags for bluffing sorry !

In the beginning stage of playing poker you should just play solid abc poker, no tricks up your sleeve just solid poker.

Bluffing the board is probably the most effective way to throw someone off their hand, with a draw heavy board and the right bet sizing you can throw an opponent off of top pair mid pair even low flushes.

You can find out. if the player raises preflop and you call and bets on flop then cheks on the turn and river then you can be 70% sure he was bluffing

its just about my feeling, most time paly at head up, they all depend on my feeling know when is bluff, and most time just play tight, then some little time just play bluff, no often so bluff will easy to do,(my broken english hope you can understand easy ) you dont raises just check if you had good cards when you play with one bluffer ,then just lie he , then you will win

If you are playing against someone that bluffs a lot, wait until you get a good hand and then check call him on every street to extract lots of his money. AND remember this when its you that is calling a lot. Don't keep firing off bluff bets thinking (or hoping) he will fold.
Also, I think a smaller bluff bet (say half the pot) is sometimes more effective that a shove or big bet (>the pot). It says that you have a decent hand (but not spectacular) and if many opponents will fold if they've missed their draw or have only middle or low pair.

Usually people tend to bluff on the turn or river when missing their draw.

I only play bluff when I have superiority of chips, I'm not an expert in making this move but I like to feel sure I will not go wrong and I'll be out. sometimes goes well sometimes goes wrong, it's hard for internet and with so many players crazy ensure q will fall into the trap.. :)
