What sort of range would you flat vs a button raise and what sort of hands would you 3bet in a full ring cash game

Depends on open sizes and how wide villain raises that position. Vs an average 40-50% rfi 2.5bb btn open I raise TT+, ATs+, KJs+, QJs, JTs, AQo+ for value, balance that our with combos of sc and suited wheel aces.

Call 99-22, A9s-A2s, KTs-K2s, QTs-Q2s, J9s-J5s, T5s+, 95s+, 84s+, 74s+, 63s+, 53s+, 42s+, 32s, AQo-A2o, K7o+, Q8o+, J8o+, T8o+, 98o, 87o (obviously semi bluffs are selected from these combos)

That’s really helpful thank you is that for just big blind or both?

too wide call range. Most of the hands like 84s, 74s, 63s etc are clearly more 3bet bluff than calls. It's really hard to play them oop.

Gotta defend our equity vs wide button opens for smaller prices. Adjust accordingly.

Just big blind. Both blinds are really different situations, This wide calling range is for bb vs btn when btn opens 2.5bb on average. And steals from btn decently wide. Vs that open we need 27% equity. 72o vs a reasonable btn open range has 30% equity. This is only raw equity though, being oop with the initiative means we’ll under realise by a decent amount.

So as the open range tightens our ability to flat does too, as the open size goes up the same thing happens.

Other things effect how wide we want to call like how confident we are post flop. How villain plays post flop etc.

And as mentioned we’ll want to select some bluff hands, how you do this is upto you. If villain folds we use a polarised range. As in some of the worst hands become bluffs. So some of these hands can become bluffs, also if you become good enough to play these hands better than -100bb/100 you could use the even less playable hands as your bluffs.

If villain doesn’t fold enough we’ll use a linear range. So the hands just outside the value range is where you start to select your bluffs. It’s rare that we don’t use a polar strat from bb though.

I’d 3B or fold sb vs btn open 95% of the time!
