When I bump into people with VPIP/PFR of around 40/10 etc; and have a low AFq of around 20% or less, I tend to bet my hands for value on all three streets so long as there are no draws, however, one thing I have noticed is that you get people with similar stats of 40/10 etc; but there AFq (Aggression %) is very high, around 60% etc; and they tend to just min bet the flop, turn etc; How would you deal with these types of players as per calling stations? Would you treat them the same way as loose aggressive players and call them down with top/middle pair etc;?

In general when you face aggression play tight. When you you are at a table of rocks, play loose. The min bet, evaluate style is fairly easy to beat if you are patient.

When I play against this type of player, I generally call their small bets and then if I make any sort of hand, I will raise big on the river. If they call these raises a few times (and I show a good hand), then I try to steal a few by bluffing on the river.

I treat their flop/turn min bets as a weird 'check'. So if I wanted to just check the flop or turn and they do a little min bet, I'll just call. If I want to bet the flop or turn, I'll raise. You're getting the odds to call a min bet with almost any hand, so you can keep going if you're trying to draw. If their bet size increases on any street, then they probably have a made hand (although that depends on the player).
