I always struggle to adjust my bet sizes when I have a strong hand or made the nuts on the turn/river and extracting max value or when I have to semi-bluff with a draw on the flop or bluff on the river. Any suggestions for these scenarios would be greatly helpful. Thank you!

If you play at low limits, then adjusting your betasizing is not required. The standard game brings much more value, although many do not agree with me, but this is only my and many professional players point of view. When you play at high limits, you will need a constant adjustment, especially when playing with the same opponents, so that their notes on you give them false information about your hand and you had the maximum value for it. At low limits, you are unlikely to have anyone so closely monitored)

It's a very general question. My standard cbet sizing is about 35% of the pot. Some other times if there's a flush draw and I don't have a suited card but I hit a pair I cbet more of 50%. Everything has to do with your table image and what you want your opponents think about you.

There are spots, for instance where I shove and I have the total nuts so I want to extract the maximum value and some other times I shove with total air. There is not a rule about the sizing.Maybe the most common thing I do is cbet the flop around 35% and if I want to double barrel I bet around 50%. You need to find out what serves better your purpose and what you want to represent by every betting sizing. I don't know if my reply was any helpful but is something you gonna find out by practicing!

Every situation requires different approach.

One rule that applies to all cases is that you will earn 0 if you bet too much and opponent will fold. This simple and somewhat cruel reality allows me to bet less when I have absolute nuts.

In microlimites standard rises of 3 or 4 blinds is the optimum

+1

Unless you are getting into high limit games it can be confusing for a lot of people to just use the same bets on a C bet, draw, the nuts... ie. 1/2 the pot. Its gets hard to put people on hands. Online, you can give a lot of information away with your bets. The same % takes that away.

My suggestion for bet sizes is usually bet half of the pot for most situations whether it be strong hands, semi bluff,
that would be the strategy.

usually bet 1/2 of the pot for most situations, if you increase a little bit they tend to interpretate that you have value end then fold

Many factors may conspire to determine bet size ... within my range for a hand that I've determined playable given all factors to include my position, image, my stack relative to other stacks, number of BBs, other players tendencies - calling stations, loose aggressive, nits etc. relative to my starting hand strength .... and the strength or weakness I want to project with the particular hand .... There is a middle point of maximum uncertainty ... this is the artistry in poker ... is the bet a bluff? ... is it real? so it depends.

The right advice: don't change your bet sizes with strong and weak hands, but I prefer to adapt to the opponent and so my bet sizes are completely different.

RATE OF 1/3 OF THE BANK ON THE POST-FLOP

This rate is used in several cases. It can be for obtaining information about the strength of an opponent, or masking a monster hand. But also with the help of such a bet it is possible to provoke an opponent on 3-bet.
