What method of learning would you recommend to someone who doesn't like to read books but doesn't mind reading online. (of course i'm talking about learning poker) Are there any e-books? or detailed videos?

I don't think there is any substitute for the depth of information offered by the books. There is some good basic information online, like the link above, but that site looks like a watered down version of Harrington on Holdem, which is itself a beginner book. All that I've ever found online is "if you have X do Y" kind of advice, and no one moves beyond beginner poker thinking that way. So start with that site, but if you really want to advance, I'm afraid you'll just have to suffer through the books.

You in no way need books. I would almost definitely say that playing and participating in discussion in forums will teach you more than most of the books on the market will.

First of all, damn near every book out there that is written by a big name pro is geared towards the games that they are playing in and much of that advice will not help you much in the micro/low level games because most of the players there don't understand complex moves.

Aside from books like BlackRain and Verneer, which are about micro and low level games, I think you're able to find much more valuable information on forums, just have to know where to look.

I've learned a lot from playing as you go, as well as reading articles and multiple different blogs. (especially in this era), you can learn just as much for free on the internet as you can from buying a book. playing a lot of MTT freerolls and using what you learn at the tables helped my game a lot

If you're even fairly serious about poker and especially if you're primarily a visual learner, it seems like you should give serious consideration to signing up for an online training site, one that offers depth of content at your level and a little higher.

This will cost money, sure, but just looking at the $25-30 per month is penny wise, pound foolish thinking. It doesn't take much improvement in your game to raise your monthly net by that much. And everything more is, as they say, gravy.
