Get Phil Gordon's books and Harrington's books. Also anything by Sklansky is pretty good.

There are tons of good books, it really depends on what you are looking for. I think No Limit Hold 'Em Theory and Practice by david sklansky and ed miller is one of the best "beginner" books. I say beginner, although I think its a great book for any skill level. Jonathan Little's Excelling at no-limit hold em is really great also.

Every hand revealed, by Gus Hansen.

Lov this book, read it 3 times - only for tournaments though

Lots of good books out there. Read one, or all of them. What you need to do however is take what you learn and figure out how you play best. Any one book may be a perfect fit for you, or pieces of it may be, my advice is to read a few books and formulate the best way to play for you and the games you are playing

I would highly recommend "The Mental Game Of Poker" By Jared Tendler,
It's a real good read and can really put your mental game up a couple notches :)

I really like the "inchworm" concept of the book!

Go go go, read it :)

Charley Swayne's Advanced Degree in Hold'Em. It's thick and is easy to read but is written textbook style, and the work it asks you to do is quite a bit. But if you practice as it asks you to, you'll get quite good at Hold'Em in the long run. The biggest issue is that it's so demanding of you that most players won't bother putting in the effort.
