If you use discretion, you can find good poker advice on Youtube (yes I know there's a lot of crap there, but some advice is good)

One that I particularly like discusses my big biggest leak: playing a good one-pair ..in this case when to check TPTK out-of-position (instead of c-betting like I normally would).

I know this example is obvious to experienced players, but most beginners would bet their TPTK here.

A different example is to check any made-hand on a very dry flop like J74r (even an over-pair or set!). The idea here is to disguise your strength.

i would say value bet with a single pair. if you are playing someone extremely loose and you are willing to call (expecting a bluff), it might be alright. I would say it would be hard to okay this in online poker though. it is too hard to get an accurate read. I would personally just stick to value betting and controlling the pace of the hand. the person betting usually controls the pot.

I dont like this at all. ya u know your villian and he will make a bluff than might try something like this here and there but to me this is wrong to me totally always bet because that makes opponents think ... at this point its second nature to me doesnt matter what I hit im betting majority of time. Keeps them on their toes and is hard for them to make moves or harder.

Does at times get me into trouble hands but my aggression especially earlier on pays off seriously.

It just another variation of a way to play TPTK. You need to mix up your play and take advantage of your opponents playing style.
