?? Confusing explanation you got there, why are you saying multiply by 2, then multiply by 2 for the turn then multiply by 1 for the river?
Your 9 outs for a flush would have the flop already out there so yes 18% chance to hit your flush on the turn, 18% chance to hit the flush on the river if it doesn't hit the turn, so about a 35-36% chance that if you flop a flush draw you should hit it by the river.
Outs to make a hand is so situational to know if its actually clean outs or not, you mention the A but it wouldn't be a clean out if your facing two pair or a set on the flop that you need to hit your flush or backdoor trips or two pair to overtake the villian.
