Maria Francisca , On what platform you play poker?
If you really wanna start a bankroll from scratch then find and play every freeroll everywhere, take them seriously even though they can be a donkfest becaue you want to work on your game and not get cought up with bad habbits that many players have in freerolls.
You would certainly save yourself a huge amount of time by making even a minimum deposit and playing the smallest stake sng's, which on stars you can play turbo 360man sng's for 10cents (so min deposit of 10$ would get you 100 kicks at the can and decent experience that would likely serve you better than freerolls) or 45man reg speeds for 25c which still gets you 40 buyins with a min deposit and they are something many people use to build a br from and move up.
There are many options between stars and full tilt whereby a 10 or 20$ deposit will get you lots of play if you stick with the smallest buyins and could save you months of grinding freerolls, but either approach is fine based on your situation. Just remember in large field freerolls you could go a long while without making any significant cashes.
Just play poker.
Poker is not only a constant game. You should spend more time on learning, try to read books, watch VODS, all this you can do during the game because you usually play 1-2 table, then you will attain success ..
Try Full Flush Poker. They have a lot of freerolls each day. You can start a good BR from them if you do like BluffMeAllIn said. Take them seriously. But just be careful with those players who will call even an all in with nothing. GL
11012015, which kind you suggest, mtt sng or to start BR
Very possible. Done this one many times.
Just be patient in accumulating small wins until you can have a decent BR. From point on, apply strict BRM.
I am just getting to the point you want to be. I have been playing freerolls on several sites, with varying degrees of success. I won a few bucks and lost them to the cash tables, but I eventually was able to take a different tourney and within the last few days I have built a BR of $165. Not much, but considering I started with nothing, I am extremely happy. It really did take awhile of playing freerolls seriously. 2-3 a day, everyday, for about 3 months. just to get the $2 that ended up starting my roll. I completely agree with other commenters. Play seriously, play as many as you can on different sites. (Full Flush has the most that I have seen), and once you start to cash manage your bankroll as strictly as possible.
Be very aware, though, like BluffMeAllIn said: Almost all of the playing style you learn in the freerolls will need to be discarded or heavily modified once you get into the regular tourneys/cash games. His suggestion of just making a deposit is wise, I believe, if you have that option. If not, building a BR from freerolls is indeed possible.
Once you reach a certain value and feel confident your game, play sit'go. Do not risk with cash games, MTT and spin'go because you will not be able to sustain with a possible loss and you will find much better than the freeroll players.
I agree with Ava, I built a small BR, and got over zealous and failed to manage correctly at cash games. From my botched attempts find a limit to reach, then leave the table for the day.
Hello again maria. These players here are some damn good people. All you have to do is putt it out there and here we come. You will really like it here. Oh if I didn't tell you, If you download Full Flush from here you get another $100 freeroll from here every Monday night. That gives you about 5 freerolls a day, the $500 one on Friday night, and the one on Monday. I new player can't go wrong there. And maria I hope you work your way into the Freeroll Club here, because then you will even have more freeroll to build your BR from. And when you win one of these everyone treats you like you won a $1000. LOL It's all worth it, because at the end of eveything here there is some kind of reward.
I avoid depositing money whenever possible. I find it is helpful to keep a at least $5 in a reserve stash if possible. I use betonline and keep this money in my sport account cause me personally, I do not bet on any sports. If I get in the position that I do hit zero, I use this $5 for rebuys and add-on's freeroll tournaments and nothing else. This will keep you from being stuck in freeroll only world and dip into the bank account. Also once to do hit zero or under dollar I find it best to take the rest of the day off and let yourself mentally regroup and refresh.
I recomend you, when you a playing freerolls, focus on one table, and dont play 10tables, becouse it will make to you much more difficult to learn this game and play
