Any advice on bankroll management???

Ive been playing poker for around a year now, mainly free rolling with any cash won I play mainly sit n go's and some tourneys when bit more flush my average % of the field beaten is 55.5% , late finish 31.7% and in the ITM 31.5% of the time.

I know some of my mistakes that I need to work on are playing too late and when tilted and forcing higher stakes.

The problem is that I have very little money at the moment, I can often get my account to £100-£200+ from freerolls but often go broke again fairly quickly through being, I'm afraid slightly desperate.

Any advice on how to maintain a consistent bankroll to keep on playing and become more profitable????

Thanks All..... P.S I suck at cash games

First of all you must feel comfortable playing, if you dont feel the pleasure of poker the buy-in is to high.

Keep far away from cash game, if you know your money is lost from the beginning dont start.

Never try to win lost money with increased buy-in you will go broke even faster.

As you say you win from free-rolls, then play mtts with little buy-in, maksimum buy-in must be 2% of bankroll.

This could help you in bankrollmanagement

You have to accumulate your BR to a decent amount through freerolls and escape those games you always go broke.

If hands still itchy, join only the lowest stake.

2% ok thanks!!! so is heres the plan,,,

£60 = $100 so $2 sit n go's

so am i right in saying that I should progress to $5 sit n go's when my bankroll reaches $250 and so on to a comfortable point?

Im comfortable at $20 / $ 50 but with a small bankroll any mistakes/badbeats can send me broke quick!

so my bankroll should really be $1000/$2500 to play theses stakes, am i right?
(better get my grind on!!)

Thanks al for help! :)
