At micro stakes you can be more aggressive with your BRM. Because your edge can be bigger and the money is not that important anyway.
What you need to figure out is two numbers: how many buy-ins you need to move up and how many buyings force you to move down. And of course only move up when you feel you have an edge over your current opposition. But for micro stakes, i think something as aggro as 12 (move up)/10 (move down) should be fine. When you get to 200nl, i'd rather go for 40/35.
