Hey everyone , 2 days ago I finally won a 350$!!!

After that I was so glad and I found my self losing 180$ , I was on a rampage and I just played and played and I didnt care, I got mad and I played more even tho I had no mood for poker , I just shoved all in and did stupid things.

I blocked my self for 12h and I hope I won't think lose more and ill start play serious again just like I had only 8$ bankroll.

Any tips on how to control my self better and stop being mad about the 180$ that I lost? THANKS FOR THE HELPERS!!!!

Well has not much to do, the right and not risk what you have and to calm down and wait for the low tide through. Stop playing for a few hours, try something else, because you lose all will not solve and you will hardly recover losses continuing to play at that time.

everytime you win a big pot, you'll be euphoric, the adrenaline will beat and make you do bad choices, i think everytime you won a big pot, just stop playing go hear some music drink some bear anything that relax you, everytime you lose by a bad beat or you win a big pot, adrenaline will be all over your head! bad choices will certainly be done

Think poker as a business.

Think your BR as limited and needs a strict. BRM.

Patience is key when going on tilt is best to stop take a deep breath and start another day

Ouch!!!
one of the best things to avoid that is having someone to advise or coach you in the moment.
Some friend or familiar would be really nice, so you could tell them what happend and by itself you would feel better already

An important thing is also, that you don't move up in stakes immediately after a big win. BRM is very important.

how i understand you win $ on tourney game and lose some of it at cash games? if so, maybe the best and more profitable way for you is tourneys! Sometimes its happen, when player noticed that he have higher profit from cash games, he begin so spent more time on cash. and vice versa

Be patient.Patience is an important skill in poker. If u have a 8$ bankroll mb u shouldn`t play 2.20$ tournaments, only if you will add more cash.Better try to play 0.10$ SNG 360.That will be better! And congrats for the win! Good luck

I would have stopped right away after winning $350 in a tournament. This result would be hard to repeat in the same day. I would take the advise in this thread about BRM and lowering stakes to ease the pressure. Enjoy the win!
Great job placing 2nd!

I don't care bankroll when I play. Need to get as much wins as possible. If I play smaller games according to BR rules, I don't feel I play best. When I have much to lose, I'm in bigger stress and pay more attention to game I guess
