i had 1280 in chips,i was on the big blind(400),the guy before me was stealing my blinds now and again,
so i got a K/2 sooooooooted and thought if he does it this time im calling him!
so it came his turn and sure enough he raised me 400 and i thought " hes bluffing me again ill call"
i hit the flop and went all-in he called i won the hand,he held a j/7os and had a cheek to call me a bad player for calling,
im newish to poker but even i know K/2 is a bad hand in some situations,
was i right to call?

btw,can i also add iwent on to win the freeroll and the prize of $50

I think that in most cases (I would not have put him on an A or pair) your pot odds were good - I think it was a good call.
And - Never listen to what other people say that heat of the moment...

Against two random cards your K probably puts you with high card. If not as you see you can improve. If there were others in the pot, it would be a fold in my opinion.

I would say you went with your insticts. So yeah, it was a good call. Usually when i say to myself I'm going to do something and the follow through with it, it is a good decsion. AS for him calling you a bad player. It takes 1 to know one. The donkey got pissed how sweet.

It was a really bad call from the begginning but when you called you probably had the intention of stealing the pot no matter what came so since you hit the board, I think you played it good enough. Congrats on the win.

best way to stop a bully is by trapping. (if you got the cards for it). after awhile they stop bullying and now you have the psychological edge, because you have them off their game. now you can bully (because he won't know what you have.) always fun. for kicks. when you do bully (wit the nuts) raise, raise, then check (showing weakness) when he raises reraise (cause he'll try to bully the pot) and bust his head in. good hunting. oh yeah. i sometimes call just to keep it honest... :D

good read. If u thought he was stealing then mayb a shove all-in pre-flop wud of been the best move. Ur hand is weak but not crap, so if he calls u've got a lil bit of +EV.
Makin a stand to the bully has shown that ur not to b messed around with, spesh in the BB. Mayb this doesn't work in freerolls, but i don't play freerolls lol.
Congrats on the win too.

K 2 is not a good hand, even suited. But poker is a mental game too and you knew he was bluffing way too much. You took a chance and hit, so I see no bad call here. Let him rant, a loose player on tilt is a guy I want to play. So much easier to beat.
