First of all, you need to understand what your poker ambitions are and the price you are willing to pay to reach them. For example, I realize that it's time to take time when I really did not want to be there but I have to be by obligation. This is because I am aware that I am not a professional player, and I have no profile to become one. Whenever I'm in a tournament but I do not want to be there, I know it's time to stop and take care of other areas of my life that need attention. I believe that many players absorb the idealization of success that is sold by the world of poker and create a bill much more than they should of themselves. Play dozens of simultaneous tournaments, coaches and a thousand other chores that are often far from the recipe for success for us recreational players.
