I noticed last time I flopped a straight flush draw that I was too timid to make a move at the pot till I got to the river and made my hand. It wasn't the straight flush, or even the flush, but I still made the nut hand. I extracted no value, and overall played It very poorly. If anyone has any stories about how they would/have played their flopped straight flush draws feel free to share em' :) .

You have to bet on the river if you have the nuts. Those are the house rules. Your lucky you got away with it without a warning.

This only applies if you are in position and are last to act in the pot.
