Think about all the past decisions that you made in anger. Most likely, it was the wrong decision and you regret about them. How often have we all lost most of our bankroll (if not all) under the influence of emotions, and then bitterly regret it.

Emotions are powerfull things thats why there is something like pokerface and why Vulcans aren't allowe to play it here in the local poker club. But being tired has lost me more tournaments then emotions.

If i'm going angry i play last 2 tourneys on Spin&Go and if i lose, i'll turn off pokerstars.
