Ok, I viewed the first part, unfortunately it is time for bed.
Some comments I have:
1) I did not even realize how much I open limp. I will need to put a reminder on the top of my computer "pump it or dump it". I was actually happy when you said open limping in early position with drawing hands is ok, because I knew that I was going to limp before you played it out, and was fearing a little comment telling me not to :-D
2)I am glad my folds are mostly standard, and I agree with you on that.
3) The AK situation where I did not make a continuation bet was tricky. I realized it was the player that I felted when I hit my runner runner quads. I figured he would bet any flop if I checked to him, so I checked the best flop I could get, and for some reason did not c/r, but instead, c/c.
4) I have just recently made the transfer over from SNGs to NL ring, and what you pointed out about the size of the continuation bets really made a difference in my game when I realized that I need to make them larger. I used to play NL ring like MTTs and SNGs, and only betting about half the pot, hardly getting anyone to respect those c-bets.
Thanks for the analysis of part 1, I will resume watching the video when I wake up tomorrow.
