HU ranges are much much much much much wider than 6m or fr. For one, villain doesn't only have semibluffs and value hands in his range for a turn bet - he has tons of bluffs and potentially some worse made hands turning themselves into bluffs (55-, 6x maybe).
That said, the value range you've given villain is insanely tight. Villain will be betting any king he flatted with pf (depending on the opponent this could be KTo+/K8s+ or as wide as something like K7o+/any suited Kx), the stronger jacks (JT+), and he may be betting something like TT or a strong 9 for value if the dynamics are in line with thin value bets.
All that is actually a case for a fold, but given how wide villain will be bluffing
this turn, and our equity in the hand, we just can't fold. That includes an 8h turn.
