It is a good situation, not a super card, but a suited couple with ace, it is chasing, couple aces, flush with ace high and many others.

Depends on your positin. If you're in the UTG or UTG+1 you got to be very, very lucky to win with that

Depends on position, others stacks and where they are, and where you are in the tournament. You could move into the money or up a pay spot.

I would likely go all in and lose.

Its depends on wich situation you are , and you can steal the blinds :)
I think that is not a good hand to go all in.

If you are close to the bubble you have to shove those cards at any position, maby not if multible players raise before you.
I think that they are great cards because you cant afford to wait for better cards with only 10bb left :)

depends on your position, tournament avg stack, what situation are we playing, what image do you have at the table, what opponents will talk after your shove etc

I not go All in with A8s. Maybe against one opponent in late position. If I have less of 5BB With AXs I go All in.
Usually, I dont go all in PreFlop. Only with premium hands.

I cannot agree with that statement. There are too many other factors to take into account before that decision can be made.

If you are certain that you will otherwise get blinded out before the bubble bursts, then yes, I agree, but if you could otherwise fold your way into the money then why risk your entire stack with a marginal hand.

10 bbs is giving few more rounds before it ends, if its 5 bbs then you should go with what you can suited or pictures

I don't think at 10 bb that would be worth it at all. . . . Your stack wouldn't be big enough to scare anyone in bb or sb and you would have a massive chance of running into a small pocket pair or just better cards .
