The thing won't let me edit my post anymore.
My initial thinking was that it's likely that stuff that isn't pocket pair will miss quite a bit.
Then when Akorps posted, I thought he/she might be right cuz with 22, if anything at all hits the flop, it'll lose.
But then at dinner, I thought, what if the opponents going all in have identical cards? 3 people with AK while you're sitting there with 22 means you'll win a lot more.
So I honestly don't know how to calculate it. I know Akorps said to do experiments, but you'd have to test small pocket pairs against everything and record the results of each combination. And that'll take ages :s
So vatopkr, either wait for someone else or just play slightly looser than you normally would
I know when you're heads up and all in though, 22 will beat AK a bit more. Eh. I dunno what to do about tables like that except wait for pocket aces and pocket kings. You get em 2 in every 221 hands. So maybe you're playing like a 9 man game? You lose 1.5 BB each time you go round and that's 9 hands. So you'll lose like 18.41 BBs by the time you get Aces or kings. And it looks like it's worth it in your case since you'll get paid off big when it hits XD
