I am not sure about while posting a high blind 200 if I am considered "all in" if I can only add 100 after the pre flop. If I want to continue to play but can't bet more than 100 I'm I automatically "out" because I can add more chips or am I "all in" officially with a side bet and get to play the river? Please advise. .Thank you!

There seem to be differences between sites as to how you are handled pre-flop, but as far as I know as long as you can make it to the flop with a buck in your stack, you are "IN" the hand, not "OUT".
