So I'm playing this 1K GTD over on Stars and this hand Came up...Now for starters I hate playing Aggressive OOP (Since Alot of the time your missing the Flops, and being first to act doesn't really help at all, atleast never for me:( )...

So I know that I have to raise, and If the Reraise Came I'd gladly Get it in there A.S.A.P:D, But the Reraise didn't Come...

Now 3 things I'd want you all to help me with is A) Yes I won the hand which is always a good result, but is this play not a bad play? I say this because, Too Be honest If it weren't for the Image I got at this table, I think this player would've called with Anything on that Board, So is this play not bad unless you've set the right Image for yourself:)

My 2nd Question is, Had we got called and the river Doesn't Bring any Overs like out there (Like JQ89) (and If we were to Brick then the 3rd Barrel would've Had to come out Correct, Or am I mistaken and we would've just giving up?

My Last question is, Is it not just more Safer to Limp from the S.B with hands like this Against multiple Players rather then Raise into Many Limpers as I had done?

Multiway pot with A,K isn't a good situation. Chances are someone will hit the flop, meaning your strong hand is now underdog.

Raising is fine of course, I think I'd of raise slightly more though because there was already 2 limpers. Maybe 5x raise would of been better.

It's fine the standard flop c-bet along with the turn bet.

I've sometimes shoved in these spots too, people think you're trying to buy the pot and quite willing to call with their much weaker ace.

C-betting that flop is absolutely standard. It misses most of the hands a somewhat sane person is calling with, so you can genuinely consider yourself ahead of his range.

Whether you double and/or triple barrel depends on reads. If for example, your villain is a fit-or-fold guy, calling lots of raises pre and then (check/)fold when they miss the flop, you should be very willing to c-bet into them, but proceed with caution if they call.
Or if your villain is floating a lot of flops, consider a check/raise on the turn.
Or if he likes to limp and call pf with any suited, any connector, any A-rag regardless of position, triple barrel the hell out of him unless the turn or river clearly finishes a draw for him.
Etc

In your example, against an unknown at these stakes I'm probably not triple-barrelling, but the turn is certainly bricky enough for the double barrel.

If there are a lot of limpers and the blinds are decent i would go all in and hope to steal the blinds are maybe go against KJ, a10, or small pocket pair. If there's a raise with one or two callers ill just smooth call to keep my hand hidden and bet on the flop if there are no face cards then slow play if you hit on turn/river. An early stages with a lot of limpers its a hard hand to play. I usually will 5 bet it to narrow the field and then proceed with caution

Raise more pre. Typically if we're out of position in a spot like this we want to raise MORE... more than the 2.5x (or 3x) +1bb for each limper. Make it 2.5(or 3x) +1bb & 'then' +1bb for each limper. In this spot (& at this buyin) I'm likely raising it to 1200.
As played, I doubt I fire 2nd barrel. (although I have no reads on villain & don't know what image villain has of me (or if it even matters vs this guy)). What range of hands are we putting him on where he Limp/calls pre & calls a cbet on this flop? (there's no draws). What hands are we hoping to fold out here?

Just copy the hand history from full tilt/HEM/wherever you got it and paste it into a converter(Cardschat/FTR/2'sCracked). Click convert and copy and paste the outcome back here.
