There are many different situations that factor into this.

Late in a tournament with less than 10bbs I am shoving any hands within this range.

But if you are deep stacked and in a good situation it may be best to lay this down if you know it will be a flip. There is no need to get involved in a flip situation when you have a good standing in the tournament.

On the other hand if you a player is short stacked and shoves, it is probably best to call him off if you have him covered and getting the right pot odds.

The different situations could go on and on but to summarize there is no need to flip in a tournament if you are in a good situation. If you need chips desperately your shoving range needs to widen. If you are short and on the bubble of cashing then tighting up is the best bet and throwing away AJo is probably in your best interest.

AJ offsuit is nothing early in the tournament. I fold it a lot, espacially when there are a lot of players limping before me.

All of those hands are over rated. Many people go bust overplaying these hands.

As Landopope stated, it really does depend on varying situations. Mainly position, stack sizes and read on the table and villain.

I'd play AJ cautiously, especially in EP. If I ever feel I'm on a table where I can't play AJ early properly, I'll fold them out. Otherwise, standard raise in later positions.

AQ is a little more tricky, I'll play cautiously but I'm never folding unless there's a 4-bet in front of me. Play aggro and re-evaluate if I come across any resistance.

AK, I'm almost always 4-bet or 5-bet shoving unless I have a deep stack, 50+bb and I may lost over 60% of my stack.

Depends on the stack,
late in a tournament with short stack I will shove hands within this range
if my stack is in a good shape i will play them cautiously especially AJ
