There are many different situations that factor into this.
Late in a tournament with less than 10bbs I am shoving any hands within this range.
But if you are deep stacked and in a good situation it may be best to lay this down if you know it will be a flip. There is no need to get involved in a flip situation when you have a good standing in the tournament.
On the other hand if you a player is short stacked and shoves, it is probably best to call him off if you have him covered and getting the right pot odds
The different situations could go on and on but to summarize there is no need to flip in a tournament if you are in a good situation. If you need chips desperately your shoving range needs to widen. If you are short and on the bubble of cashing then tighting up is the best bet and throwing away AJo is probably in your best interest.
