You can do several things vs this type of villan:
1.wait until you have a hand and value own them
2. if you know they fold to 3b, then 3bet them- if you dont know... 3bet them and find out.
3. if you get to 20bbs you can start nash shoving over their raise.

If they are really raising "big" then your 3bets and shoves should be very profitable.

the main thing is not to be afraid of such players. with such rivals you must act confidently. and in no way rely on luck.

Be more aggressive, but only when your hand has a lot of potential.

Playing heads up and entering into a pot with an uber aggressive player requires patience but above all else, the ability to pick your spots well, that said if the loose aggressive player or even just aggressive player makes it financially viable to enter a pot, you should consider a wider range just as much as considering holding back for a premium hand..you can always guarantee that the villain will also be stretching his or her range..so bear that in mind.

Wait for the card and the moment ... Such players rarely go to the finals ...
Beat them with a good card ... often these players fall ...

I has difficulty to play against these players. I wait for good spots, but sometime this don't happen, and I lose so many chips by the blinds and the antes.

When I am deep I try to call with some hands and wait for a good flop. Its is good to build your hand range with all pairs, suiteds with A, K or Q high, and connectors. these hands can turn in a good or monster card in the according of the board.

This is where patience comes in. You have to wait for the right hands to counter their big raises. I tend to flat call these type of individuals when I am in a later position than them so as to avoid a reraise situation. You don't want to let them bet you out of the coming flop. If you hit the flop against these type of players, you can probably count on getting paid off.

Pounce on them only when it will be profitable. Meaning be patient and wait for your best strike

Hold on to your chips and wait for the correct hand to pursue the individual with. Most importantly, make sure that while you are mucking hands that you are fully aware of when the individual folds (habits/trends) and make your correct move based on these. I would certainly not try and bluff the player as it might encourage a shove and you're raising to fold.

I think It's important to be confident, do not be afraid of an aggressive opponent.
You play aggressively, of course with good hands, common mistake is slow, passive play.
I think this is the right game in races against all opponents.

Observe them for a while and see if they have a betting pattern. They can't have good hands all the time so wait for a high pocket pair or strong AT+(preferably suited) and raise them when you have position on them. Don't be too sad if you lose heads up against them, play your best hands and hope the Poker Gods are with you.

I wait for a good hand and push back . You are almost guaranteed to be ahead pre flop .There is always the chance he will suck out against you but that's poker . You have to get your chips in when you know you're ahead . Good luck

Pick your spots carefully. Always try to be aggressive in these spots. Must be brave, no half heated, make your read and go for it. You must be willing to stick your stack in middle when you play.

Lots of good comments already but the big one is knowing when to 3bet and not being afraid to shove if you're short. I think the last thing I would do is try to get create and open my range up too much. Others may disagree though

I believe the key against a LAG is to tighten up your ranges, and play your strong holdings aggressively.

Pick your spots to shove. If they are raising with a wide range then that's good for you.

Yeah you'll lose if he calls and you get unlucky, but you need luck to go far in tournaments anyway. Gotta take a stand.

I prefer to fold in such cases until the desired card comes, and I myself include an aggressive game myself.

If the aggressor always raises the rate, you need to wait for the moment and exceed its rate. Play for luck with an opponent who has a high stack to anything good will not lead you.
