Sklansky's theory of poker is fantastic for new players and was a big help to me when I was starting out. Greg 'Fossilman' Raymer also swears by it

Harrington on holdem the series are my favorite books. Its a live tourney books and for intermediate to advance players.

There are many books right now and select the book that point specifically to what your looking for like stake, variant, type ,etc.

Theory of Poker is bomb!!! I'm taking notes on it and it's really improved my critical thinking while playing the game! Definitely worth in-depth study for sure

As all mentioned, Theory of Poker. ''Poker math that matters'' by Owen Gaines is nice too, was my first poker book.
Also, don't focus just on books, videos and online schools like pokerstrategy.com are there for you.
