So AK,AQ is easy because if you hit an ace on the flop, you can usually get 2 streets of value.
Likewise A2 is easy as you know that you can only get one street of value, so if you bet it early you are turning your hand into a bluff.
Something like AT is where it gets tricky, you may well be ahead, you may well be behind but itys very difficult to determine. Its all too easy to call an extra bet with AT thinking he may be betting AX for value whereas A2 is an easy fold and AK is often an easy call.
