You hace to play accordly to the table you are at advanced strategy don't work against new player..trying to bluff them in most cases will end up calling at you and have you lose a big part of your stack.

I agree with you that you have to adapt to the players on your table. You still have to know that you cann't see wo is new to the game and wo isn't. Most people have blocked those signs in which star level you are.
My main question is: how do you see wo is new and wo isn't?

Or do you just guess that guy doesn't understand the game, so i GUESS he would be new. Then you are saying you just have to look to the styles they use.

being that you both don't have information on each other I wouldn't expect him to call you if you bluff unless he has a good hand

True, it is a game of not complete information. But sometimes there are still those people that call everything with 2 7 and then hit on the river their 7 and win. I guess you run against those people to sometimes. I understand that that means that you had nothing to, but still I don't get those people.

There's also the advantage that players do not know you. Now, who will use this advantage better.

It's usually very easy to tell who is new to the game. They tend to limp in to many hands regardless of position and regardless of what they are holding. They always play Ax. They will always fold to a bet on the flop unless they have some made hand (flush draws excepted). They call bigger bets pre-flop with anything suited and will often chase a flush regardless of bet sizes all the way to showdown. Occasionally they will shove all-in, first-in totally out of the blue. The newer (but not necessarily brand new) ones show their cards a lot. And, of course they play the freeroll/micro-stakes games.
