You are in the first hand of any major tournament, and surprise AA Par, you are in big blind, and two players before you go all in, what do you do? Bets or do you fold?

No doubt at all, go all in with AA preflop, no matter how many players ahead of you go all in.

The poker school rules say when the tournament is in the beginning, the first hands, eg if you have AA in the big blind and 2 players are all in ... if the stakes are high, I would fold.

AA slow

I prefer to take the risk and raise 3x, the intention is to extract more chips by doing Slow play, I know I can lose by taking a bad but it's still worth it

In a freeroll I am calling, if it's a BI that I can afford to lose I am calling, if I am playing with scared money, I may fold.

As I am never playing out of my BR, I am never folding AA against 2 all ins.

O shove all/in. I don't like extract value with AA, KK, QQ. People (myself included sometimes) lose sight of the variance involved in poker, or they don't know enough about the underlying math to understand it.

if it's a satellite and I have enough chips to go to the tournament, then I will not risk it and drop the cards in other cases it all depends on the actions of the players who sit in front of me and most often I will raise or go all-in !!!

It does not matter what you do, but accept the consequences:
- when all in with pocket AA, you still might be the first one out of the mtt. Didn't do any math, but I guess you have about 30-40% chance to loose.
- could be a fast way to tripple-up, but quite risky at 'only' 60-70% chance of winning.

I would seriously consider folding in that situation in order to stay alive in the tournament. I might have to call though it would depend on a few things.

I would go all in and take my chances. If you get beat, oh well.

From the "Winner's Guide to Texas Hold'Em Poker" by Ken Warren

AA vs:

1 opp: 88%
2 opp: 76%
3 opp: 68%
6 opp: 44%
9 opp: 34%

So you have a 76% chance to triple up......push

You never fold AA preflop, go all in.

This 110%.

Can't play scared money or fear of losing. When I started playing live 1/2, someone outside of poker asked me how I deal with the "risks" of losing big stacks and making plays that mean sometimes I will lose. I responded that the hardest thing to do sometimes is realizing the correct play is based on odds and math and we've got to accept that and make the correct +EV play even IF we're scared of losing. In the case of AA pre flop, I can't shovel my chips in fast enough , if someone spikes a set or rivers a flush oh well, pre flop I made the mathematically correct decision and will win more than I will lose long term.

When you start getting in your head and fearing "yet another suckout" it impacts your decisions and you start questioning whether you should be making this play. I had this happen to me after a while and it really slowed down my progress in the game over a few months, just focus on the correct decisions like going all in with AA pre flop and let the cards fall as they may.

Risk is a choice. AA is a very nice hand at pre-flop to allin. My guess is Call ;)
