Just tried playing a 6-max session of 2PLO and I was running at 75/62 which I presume is less than optimal lol. Is VPIP/PFR meant to be similar to NLHE?

Also a few hands that will highlight some of the basic concepts that I think I'm missing such as how to treat PPs, how to treat hands with 3 of one suit and a few other things.

Also I didn't want to create a load of threads in HA with each hand so I put it in here since it's just basic things.

I have AK pre with a nut flush possibility as well, should I be playing it like NLHE and 3-betting ep opener?

A questionable open I think? I'm playing it like I'd play 99 in NLHE since I use two cards. Is it snap gii or am I super crushed like a lot here?

Lemme take a quick shot, since I'm still learning, and then experts can correct me. :)

Hand 1: The best hands are not 2 holdem hands but hands where all 4 cards work together. You've got 2 holdem hands that can make some nutty hands but are going to miss or only catch parts on most flops, pretty much like UTG's hand. Postflop I think you're good, you're only worried if the board pairs. A flopped straight should want to get it in.

Hand 2: Same as hand 1; 4 cards working together. Better if you were double suited, or if the cards could reach each other for straight possibilities. Two pair on the flop is kinda like a pocket pair under the top card in Holdem, sometimes good but vulnerable, sometimes way behind.

Hand 3: Don't set mine with one pocket pair. Maybe if you had two.

Hand 4: This is a hand for set mining. I don't know if I open it in this position though; one seat later and button for sure.

Hand 5: Def open; big pair/rundown/1 flush though not nut flush. To call a 3 bet OOP, I dunno.

Overall I'd say your seeing two Holdem hands too much and not Omaha hands.

And maybe not considering position enough, though I'm reading between the lines for that. I fold more in the first two positions in Omaha than in 6 max Holdem, and open more in the last two in Omaha than in 6 max. In other words, I think position is a more important consideration in Omaha than in holdem.

Hopefully some people with more experience will add something.

You have maniac stats. I play 21/15, which is tight.
I'm still a beginner too, but you are playing complete trash and out of position.
Read Jeff Hwang's book "The Big Play strategy". You need to learn what sort of hands are good/playable and how strong they are on the flop. Top pair alone is trash, bottom two pair is trash, bottom set is trash, even the bottom full house on the flop is not so good.
The best hand you had was the last one, even though 3 of the same suit reduces the flush possibility, a rainbow hand is far worse. And if it were double suited it would be certainly a premium hand. I'm unsure how speculative/premium was yours.

You played the first hand just right in my opinion. I may have led out instead of check raising to see where I stand. You got unlucky with the paired board but now way you aren't betting the river to put him in. No way you can fold it. The other hands are all trash far as I can tell.

I am on my tablet, so you get short responses.

-Setming in Omaha is pretty dumb unless its with aces or kings. Sets just aren't as strong in Omaha like they are in NLHE.

-In hand 2, stacking top & bottom pair is a good way to go broke.

-Being suited isn't that important unless you have a suited ace.

-Choose hands preflop that have many ways to make the nuts. Q633 makes the nuts pretty much never.

-A flush draw in this game is worse than in nlhe, because people are way less likely to pay you when you hit.
