Normally you would have raised in the hi-jack and were hoping to call/raise a CO or button steal attempt both folded, a raise from the SB appears to represent strength...
You didn't include the blinds 100/200 etc. or actual stack sizes to calculate M which is important.
That aside you limped in a late position, if the SB is decent and tight he knows you can have almost ATC so I would raise. Calling is weak, you can't fold that would be pathetically weak. Unless you know this guy only raising with QQ, KK, or AA you have good equity. M and more information will make post flop decisions different but I would fire a C-bet on any flop.
