Hi everyone,

Just a quick question. Is it typical in 7 Card Stud Hi Lo for straights/ flushes not to be considered low hands? Or does the rule vary according to the operator?

Cheers,

D-Tex

Any low Straight of flush will be considered a low hand as well. These are the hands you hope to get and will generally scoop(win)both hi and low pots.

Precisely. Suits are irrelevant in determining the low hand.

I was playing last night when I read this. I knew there was a thread that I meant to come back and post a response to.

I had a feeling that was the case. Thanks a lot for the clarification!
