67s How I lost so much money

I think playing 67s is like asking to lose money, even if u get lucky, they can also get lucky and hit 1 pair, but their pair is higher than your pair, so u end up losing even when both player get lucky and so is fair luck.

I leak so much money playing these low suited connector, that i was wondering if any of you feel the same. am i playing it wrong? do i call a raise preflop?

When you're playing hands like 76s, you're hoping to get a very strong hand and get paid for it by weaker hands. So you have to look whether you hit a flush draw/straight draw (and if the price is right, you continue) or already have flush/straight or at least two pair - and then you get involved in the action and aim to incentivize your opponent(s) to invest as much chips in the pot as possible. If you hit a pair (even a top one) without any draw and face the action, you, as a rule, just fold and move on.

out of position from the small blind I play them with 3 bets, in position I try to steal the blinds with them if my opponent calls I put two bets on aggression I give up if I don't have a strong combination

I don't lose much with 67s. I keep things cheap until the river. If people are doing more than min raises before the river, I usually muck 67s.

Yah, this is the type of hand that wins in bunches, so you lose small over and over until you make a hidden straight or two pair and win someone's stack when they can't fold their overpair.

Need deep stacks to play suited connectors profitably and preferably opponents with big pairs.

I would not put so much money on 76s at all.
in position play the position and not the cards.
post flop you have to let it go if you did not make any combinations out of the hand.

67s is best played in a multi-way pot. Cost very little to enter the pot and see how it goes. Fold any post flop action unless you have 2 pair or better or a draw of 8 outs or more. Fold any one pair hands unless the price is right to see one more card. The value of one pair hands drastically declines the more people that see the flop, that is the reason to not continue with just the pair. Th e main goal of this hand is to win a lot of money and getting people (like yourself calling the one pair) to pay me when my straight or flush comes in.

First and foremost - higher cards almost always flop better, and if you get sucked into going to the river with a lower pair or a draw, you're usually still going to lose to the higher cards.

Even the draws that complete by the river still get beat by the higher cards.

67s wins sometimes, but not a lot.

It all depends on what position you will do and what stack you have if this is a tournament.In the cache, it is better not to risk it...
