What are you doing still playing 200NL?
Your play and your commentary makes it pretty obvious that you're completely overqualified for these stakes. Sure, you can continue owning the hell out of fish and regs alike (must be fun ), but you could easily hold your own at higher stakes, no doubt.
I loved your triple barrel with the value bet bluff on the river. I don't think I've ever tried that after the board pairs out of fear of getting looked up too much. But I remember your opponent being a reg, and when you made that bet I immediately liked it vs. him. Very impressive and definitely outside of the box.
I had never heard of the Ed Miller minraise before, what a neat way to get extra value out of fish. Very cool!
You mentioned concern about the video size. You can probably get away with about 8 frames per second, knocking the size in half right there. The action will get a bit harder to follow, but if you refer to the tables as 1, 2, 3 etc. it won't be a problem at all.
You could also increase the video compression. It's 1.1 MBit/sec which is pretty high for what is essentially static content. If you know how to change the compression setting, you could probably bring this down to about 0.5 MBit/sec or even lower without sacrificing too much quality.
EDIT: if you knock the framerate in half, then you can knock the bitrate (compression setting) in half as well without losing ANY quality. So I suggest you try 8 frames per second @ 0.3 MBit/sec and see how that looks.
