I play 10 ppl tables usually if its sit and go.

If you are the kind of player conservative etc that doesnt like raise, specially in cash game, well if you join 10 ppl table you have more chance that someone raise, ofc theres more people.

But also if u got a good hand, then pot is bigger at 10 man tables.

Stick with one and master it. IMO you should never play two different types. Theres different strategy in both, so pick one you like and go with it.

From what I understand, 6 max is a little more aggressive and has more LAGS than 10man, because the blinds come around more. 10 man gives you a chance to sit back and be a little more nitty. Try 'em both out for a bit and see what you like better, then choose that and stick with it. Don't play them both at the same time though...it will mess with your head.

Both are good fun, and it depends on how you like playing - if you want to sit back and play the monsters, play full ring. If you want to be a bit more aggressive with a wider range of hands, play 6max :)

I've recently starting playing 6 max tournaments and they are good fun, there's more action too.

I'd say 10player in this instance.

6max forces you to learn more quickly imo. Since these play laggier, you have to get better at putting players on ranges and reading boards than at FR. Nothing wrong w playing FR, though.

Definitely don't mix the two, choose one and stick to it for a while.

I prefer a table with six players, it is easier to mark them, the game gets faster, more aggressive and easier than trying to guess the next steps of the competitors while a table of 10 players can find more playing tight and the table is slower.
