There's something I don't understand. Why do you keep attempting to steal when Devolve always resteals?

After you took out the player and your stack went to ~55K you stole the next three hands with, I think, J4o then 79o, then A4o. Is this your standard play? To steal when that big hand is fresh in their minds with ATC?

If so, do you check/fold or cbet any flop?
