if you have AA or KK , then in nlhe never ever fold to 4 bet in any Situation no matter what. thats my opinion.

Are you referring to preflop? Are you playing tournament or cash game? At what stake are you playing? All of these things are going to effect how you should respond to a 4-bet.

Seems to be the frustrating part of asking questions. We all really do need all the information / specifics to give a informed opinion.

As far as never ever folding KK as a poster above says, yikes. I'll speak for 2nl/5nl cash games, you nearly know a player has aces in their preflop play when you are holding KK, raise, reraise, re-re raise all in. Pretty obvious. We are talking with little information.
If I feel the play is aces, I for one am not getting it in with KK against them.
