3 players all in... Tournament Texas hold'em.

Player A goes all in 74.000 With J-10 off

Player B goes all in 180.000 with A-4 off

And player C goes all in 300.000 with A-Q off

Flop goes 7,8,5 Turn K River 9, Player A wins The small pot with straight.

And player C mucks his hand in The mucked cards, Straight after seeing he lost with A-Q but forgot about Player B still was in the game with A-4.

Player B says the hand is dead to player C, cause he mucked it in the folded cards, and player B could see he forgot all about him. Who wins in this case??

It ended with player C took The side pot eventhough he mucked his acting hand?? I'm confused in this situation??

In online, i think player C took the side pot (firstly watch side pot and only then main pot, so player C can't much hand).
In live, of course player B takes side pot, if player C mucks.

Thought so...

Yes online is different, but live I was sure that player B would win just cause his bad mistake of mucking the hand, eventhough he replyed that "of course I take The side pot, we have all played poker before" and The reply back was: yes, thats why you just mucked your winning hand", but was overruled by floor, so he won anyways... But how is it when your all in and all 3 shows and then muck when river comes?? Is it mucked or not??

If C showed his cards so they were clearly visible at any time before mucking them, then he wins the side pot. Once he has shown his cards, they "speak" for themselves.

When they are all in, there cards must face up. Meaning, no mucking of cards. So even if player C put his cards on those use cards, the dealers job is to determine who wins the main pot and side pot. So the dealer has to retrieve player C hand and compare who wins.

This. Since this has to be live poker (can't see any website where this would happen online), all hands are tabled and the best hand for the side pot was clearly visible.

According to the poker TDA:
13: Tabling Cards & Killing Winning Hand
A: At showdown, a player should put all cards on the table so the dealer and players can read the hand clearly . “All cards” means both hole cards in holdem, all 4 hole cards in Omaha, all 7 cards in 7-stud, etc. Dealers cannot kill a hand that was tabled and obviously the winning hand.

It was not the dealer that took the cards and mucked them, it was player C himself that did, and in that case I Only see a dead hand..!!
