Thank you very much for the help, i am pretty good at razz ( I hope ) and was using those guidelines for starting hands for 2-7 and adjusting a little for triple draw, on the fly in a 10 game tourney , made final table (5th place for $20 in a $2 tourney) wasnt sure if i was playing to tight or to loose at times, T Y for all the info this should help me a lot next mixed game tourney!!!:icon_quee

Super System 2 - Triple Draw Poker by Daniel Negreanu

Congrats, you're now better than 90% of deuce players.

Essentially, the game boils down to this:

1) Draw smooth. This almost always means having a deuce in your starting hand.
2) If you're a card ahead of your opponent, bet. If you draw the same number of cards as your opponent, you should probably bet anyways, since your opponents typically suck and draw at trashy hands.
3) Draw out of position, stay pat rough in position. Patting rough hands OOP is pure spew. You shouldn't even put yourself in position to have a rough hand OOP, but if you ended up with something like T7432 on the final draw OOP, I'd break it quite often.
4) V-bet crazy thin at low stakes. You will be blown away by how many players will call you with king high. The other side to this rule is to never snow without a really good read, and a hand with absolutely no showdown value. I'd feel okay snowing a 23456 if you've discarded a lot of 2's & 3's, but you'd be surprised how often a pair or ace high will win a pot when the play goes draw-draw on the final draw.

And stop playing 10-game tournaments if you obviously don't know how to play all the games.
