Oh Hello guys, I'm a new member on here XD.
Basically, I have some self rules about playing poker
1, I won't play Cash game (espically Zoom)(Because I lose a lot of money while play zoom)
2. If My bankroll completely runs out, I quit the poker or do 1 year cooldown
3. I won't deposit any money to poker site (at least, now)

So. In conclusion, I tried to rise my bankroll playing tournament, however, It's too hard to me...

Anyways, As I said above, I tried to find a good tournaments. Currently, I usually play 0.1 360man turbo, 0.25 45man or 90man, or 0.11 MTT (which has 1 hour late registration)
However, I can't get a profit... and these tourneys have some cons
1. 0.1 360m turbo. : Yeah, If I won this tourney - I would get 6.80$. however, blind rising speed is incredibly fast, So this tourney has huge variance
2. 0.25 45 man reg : Standard 0.25 tourney, however, this type of tourney takes a long time -.- Plus, Most of users which survives until middle stage is regulars. Plus, When I bust out on 8th place..... oh ... T.T
3. MTT : definitely If I won this tourney, I would got a lot of money, however, It's true that I can't win this tourney easily..

Hmm.. So, what is the best tourney in this bankroll situation? ($2.40)
MTT, STT, spin and go? or freerolls? (but freeroll is really hard too)

P.S I use pokerDB. (Freeware HUD program)

Hey man, I would say, go for the .25 90 players. That's a good pool, bigger chances to ITM and you can play calm as the blinds aren't raising that fast.

If you loose it, try playing CC freerolls and PokerOwned too. They're good freerolls to earn a small BR. then try to raise it.

don't go with them as you have hardly enough bankroll to play on anything.
so i suggest you to play in only satellites of 1.1$ hot in ps that is worth 10 cents as well as go with small big tourneys satellites too and sunday storm with just 33 cents.

the cash games in small stakes are very easily to win if you use an ABC strategy, there are a lot fishies that give u your money with nothing, but you have to study to beat the levels.
But if you don't want play cash games i think the sit&go with 90 plays is a good.
Of course if you win a tournament, you will win a lot of money, but tournaments have a huge variance.

Why not try single table sngs? They have less variance than mtts.

With all due respect $2.40 is hardly worth worring about losing...are you seriously gonna quit becuase you lost nearly 3 bucks ? can you not save some money and get a descent roll under your belt? and why are you so reluctant to deposit money on a site ? loads of freerolls around everyday on most site's...stick to them for a while...see how things go...best of luck

You must be more patient and have more `measure`! Start with freerolls and then go to low buy-ins and increase them when you win. Then put and money.

Donate the $2.40 to charity and take that year off like you said and study the information here at CardsChat.

i used to play 0,1 360 people with a bankroll of 10$. your bankroll is small. whatever you play is against bankroll management.. so try something with less variance, like 45 people regular sng for 0,25$. other than that your only choice is 0,02$ turbos. these are crazy and i guess not profitable enough since variance is so high and you will need to be playing a ton of games to make any profit. in general tournaments arent profitable. unless you can get some top3 place in a major tournament. but this needs loadds of luck. or a huge bankroll if you want to be consistent. at last you can take your shot at HeadsUp 1,50$. thats not the best, rather than the most aggresive option, since you will need to win the first one... but still HeadsUp means even if you play against the best your chances arent less than 40%.. if you dont have the bankroll you need to gamble a little more,,
