How in all freeroll streategy premium hands 5x raise or shove, when blinds low you need many limp low pairs and suited connectors, field in this freeroll big, and need very more luck what what win when started push/fold,,

Hi,

I have had a few top 50s and an 15th place I think your best playing super tight at the beginning as all the ''donks'' knock each other out then maybe an hour into the game start opening your ranges and hope for the best :)

i will try playing tight and wait for a monster card, before 1hrs there are too many aggressive players

Hello

That is only my opinion.

first not play emotionally, trust instinct, calculate chance for win, collect chips and respect them and change play style. my best place in 100k -142 =))

Tight in first levels and wait the loosers will be eliminated. The "real" tournament starts here.

I won this tournament...and honestly if you want a tip...is to be patient .... and play only strong hands and as many.I had an hour and 38 minutes that I have not played a single hand.Well I had 50k chips ... I was about to 30k that hour and 30 minutes....but...my patience was rewarded in just 15 minutes we reached 1.5 million chips....and dominate tournament final table as can be clearly.I had 23 million chips out of a total of 31 million... i won 227$ in theat night...and i was happy:D is not very difficult if you go a little better at first ..for you can wait after and if you patiently...I wish you luck and hope to hear that you have won the tournament a day.

for me, that moment of push-fold, u need luck... if u can advance without risk, its better... and enjoy opportunities early to stay with more chips, to dont lose all chips

Is this a pokerstars Freeroll? just curious cause im a Us player and would be interested in qualifying for it someday.

All good advice, i mean its a tournament and a Big one you want to play super tight super aggressive, but when blinds are low like the other guy said i would try to sneak in low pairs and def suited connectors, on button late positon ect.

Get your money in when you have the best of it and protect it when you don't. If your new to tournament poker. The Best book series i ever read on it was Dan Harringtons "Harrington on Hold'em" 3 book series on tournament poker. A valuable piece of literature. Turned me into a winning tournament player after i read it. And i still reread it every now and again to stay sharp.

Also i heard he is releasing another book on tournaments coming soon in may. 2+2 publishing obviously. but ill be on the look out for that book.

And good luck man i hope you do really well.

It is on PokerStars, although there's not actually $100k in the prizepool. There's a whole lot of $1k freerolls during a month where you can either deposit in a way (can't remember exactly what bonuscode (or if you need one)) OR you can reach Chromestar and buy access to those freerolls in the VIP Store for 0 points.
The access to the tournaments when you buy as Chromestar last for one day, where you can play the tournaments and buy access again after that whereas it's 1 month if you deposit. The total prizepool if you play them all in a month is just about $100k - which I guess is their reasoning for the tournament name :)

Hopefully the rumors are true and PokerStars will return to the US in the near future.

one time i was cheap leader but i had to leave.......bad luck hahahaha

yesterday i lost with AA x KQ

flop: 3 7 Q

put all in and villain paid.....river was Q

at start many donkies, many all ins with A3 A4 KJ K10 .......

For my experience you need play only strong hands and be agressive with it, for survive blinds....
