Error 2 - Does not control the ego

Being a game of people , we often forget the the rational side to make decisions based on our EGO . When the same player "3- Beta" (re -raise ) , for the third time in a row , your Raise ( increase) , it is difficult for you to reflect on the possibility that the first time he could have QQ ( pocket queens ) in second time would have KK ( pair of kings ) and now an AA ( aces ) . Whatever your US inside says is for you not to accept the situation and react , but therein lies a great danger and one of the toughest errors to be corrected : take the ego to table means losing money. Take a deep breath and analyze all your decisions coldly.

The planning Bankroll part of the routine of the players who are serious about sport . It is recommended to have an available value of 75 to 150 times higher than that spent for a round or tournament .

Error 4 - Enter Tilt

"Enter tilt" is a term used to describe the emotional state that reaches a poker player and makes bad decisions while playing. There are several factors that make a player " go on tilt " , some go on tilt after one or several bad beats * , some after committing an error and others may go on tilt when they tire of playing .
It is important to know what are the reasons that lead you to tilt . Try to establish what your limit is . To what extent their frustration increases and you can keep track ? What is the point where you lose control ? When you find yourself tiltando , try taking a short break to rest your mind.
* Bad beat : Play that occurs when a hand with unfavorable statistical wins the dispute.

Even if I'm up in chips in live game, when I see other peoples chips, it makes me wonder if i'm capable of getting that many chips and I stay longer than I should.

2. Betting when you should check.
3. Calling when you should fold.
4. Calling when you should raise.
5. Folding when you should call.
6. Folding when you should raise.
7. Raising when you should call.
8. Raising when you should fold.

an error will be attracted to another?

Error 5 - Playing out of position

One of the elements that make profitability in poker is called: Play in Position. Therefore, every time you enter a positionless contest, you will have the disadvantage of acting before your opponent, who can then assemble a plan of action according to your actions. Avoid throwing marginal hands without being the last to act. This includes paying hands in the blinds to see the flop.

Error 6 - Do not pay attention to the stacks

Will it get in the hand? Look to your left and know the stacks of your opponents, count the number of big blinds each stack represents and create a plan for your hand:
"If player A gives all-in with 10 bb's I will pay; If player B all-in with 20bb's I'm going to fold. "
Avoid placing chips in the pot with marginal hands so you have to fold to small stacks and never put a third of your stack before the flop and then fold.

Error 7 - Range inappropriate

There is a big difference in having AT (ace and ten) in the UTG * and AT in the Dealer *. A good player knows how to adapt his Range to the style of the table, the game, the players and the positions. Our initial tip: Play fewer hand combinations in the starting positions and gradually increase your Range to the last positions.

Error 8 - Leave to extract value

The opportunities for you to connect a value hand are not so constant, so failure to extract value from your strong hands is a serious mistake.
Have a plan for your hand, note which cards can be turned and that can slow down the actions of the table and bet by value on each street. If you reach the river (last betting round), your opponent is likely to have a hand of some value or a request for a sequence or flush, which he has completed or not. Do an all-hand analysis to find out his range and make as much value as possible. If your hand exceeds your opponent's range, calibrate your bet.

Error 9 - Bluff without logic

Poker is a logic game. Bluff, to be successful, has to be well-architected, with beginning, middle, and end. You need to tell your story from the pre-flop and be attentive to your opponent, often he does not have the rationale to interpret the story you are representing, so try to bluff against the players you have already profiled and who are capable To give up their hands.
The "size bets" are important in this representation, always put in the simulation, having AA, crack or "nutz" (best possible hand) and take your betting values and values as you would if you really had one Of these hands.

Error 10 - Be very passive

Do you like to "clean" (pay the big blind) to see lots of flops? Most of the time you find yourself just paying raises and betting and almost never is the aggressor in hand, for fear of losing a lot or other reasons? It's time for you to reshape your game.
Aggressiveness is a determining factor in Poker's profitability.
Will it get in the hand? Between rising. If your hand is good enough to pay, it is probably enough to re-raise. Align this concept with tips # 6, # 7 and # 8 and you will have a great time!

I see an irony here in this list. For me anyway. First of all I would have been clueless what the list even referred to my first year or two playing. Today, I see this and think I need to keep this list in my head at all times! Seems spot on and interesting how being susceptible almost any one thing on this list can domino into a steady decline as all the other mistakes surface because instead of maintain focus I let my game get thrown. Thanks Rony Mata appreciate the info!

I think its good to have a list like this in the back of your head, and you also need to have the ability to know when you're doing misstakes. Experience is so important in poker and learning from your misstakes is a good way of using that
