Hi all!

I'd like to know how you'd play a 10-game MTT.
It is rarely possible to donk your way through a 10-game, which is a good thing for most players here! :)

I've been playing one of the 10-game tournements, and I finished 9th, so I'm pretty proud of my performance. I couldn't have done it any better (unless I didn't get the disconnection for 10-15 mins). My exit hand was a lucky shot for my opponent though. Had 2 pair, and she hits flush with 2 hearts in the end, after we were all-in. That's poker, and I'm still proud of my performance.

Anyone else who got experience with these tournements?

Regards!

Learn how to play all 10 games well. People in these are frequently VERY bad at several of the games. Huge edge in these for folks that like to play MTTs.

10 game is very profitable right now imo.

Yeah this is very difficult and does get rid of the donksters because you really have to play every game well and know how to play it. I really want to learn other games like razz which is like the only game I cant play well.

Well, razz is, with a few guidelines, as easy as Stud Hi.
Razz is actually just Stud Lo.
And there is no such thing as a straight, so best hand in razz is A,2,3,4,5 :)

Hope this can help you in your future razz games :)

Regards!

The starting hand requirement is like stud lo, after that the game is quite different... i am no expert but im pretty sure about that

If you're playing Stud Hi/Lo then you're playing some kind of ½-razz, so to say.
If you take away the Stud Hi, then you're playing razz.
Get the worst hand possible (which will be a good hand in razz) and you'll win the pot :)

Final Table

I made the final table in a 10 game tourney (was only my second ever but i do love horse tourneys) top 15 payed , i took 5th for $20! Almost all the donkeys were gone by the money the one i do remember went out in 12th place, the final table seemed to have pretty knowledgeable players, it did last a little long for the prize money (6 hours) so when i play more of these i will probably either play one of the turbo 10 game tourneys which take 3 to 3 1/2 hours or more likely go up in buyin! Good luck hope you do well!!!:D ;) :D

Where are these played?

Probably Full Tilt -- I've been experimenting a bit with 10-game 6-max cash rings there. Good stuff, but I need to work on my draw games because 2-7 and badugi were basically new to me until about 2 weeks ago.
