I have never heard of it.
Maybe try googling it to see if there are any reviews.

it says it is online casino games offering 25 bucks after you open an account which still makes me leary because I still dont think yuou should have to reveal your bank info to play and by the way has anyone been able to find a prepaid card that works on pokerstars or full tilt?

Yes i did the won25.com! and it is the Gold VIP Club! I used the $25.00 and won! I did all they asked...The playthrough too! Even made a small $30.00 deposit! When it came to making the withdrawl for my winnings of $2,000.00 they totally dissed me! It's nothing but a scam!

You got an email with what they said in it? When you tried to withdraw?

I'd stick to the main and reviewed sites - the danger of fraud is minimal there.

To your second question:

I know that the "postbank" has a special credit card which can't get overdrawn (only positive balance)

-depositing without risk should work with that one (haven't tried though).
