Banks don't seize anything, the authorities do. The most the bank itself would do is refuse the transaction if they knew it to be
gambling-related. I've never had a problem with a FT withdrawal to a US bank, either through paper check or electronic transfer. And just to be nit-picky, online poker isn't "illegal" in the US as a whole, the UIGEA just makes it illegal for banks and payment processors to handle the transactions. There are no federal laws, and only a handful of state laws, that make online gambling illegal for the client (you).
I would expect any wire option will almost certainly involve a fee. If you have a bank account, just do an account transfer (direct deposit). You can transfer up to $950 3 times per week and it will post to your account in about 2 days, for free.
