I saw on pokerstars, that it is impossible to withdraw money, that other player transferred to you.
Maybe you know: if I will play for this money and I'll win something, I would be able to withdraw this money later?

In order to withdraw money from PokerStars, you need to place mastercard money on them to tie MasterCard to your account!

Yes, you can withdraw this money. First you need to generate some amount of rake

You've tried it?
How much rake? For example you have 5$ you get 10$, and lets assume you play in tournaments for 10$ with profit 5$, so you have 20$. Can you withdraw it all?

AFAIK, the 1 rule about cashing out on stars is that we can only withdraw w/ the same method that we used to deposit

so if you deposit w/ skrill 10$ & then your friend transferred 10$
after 48 hrs you can withdraw w/ skrill 20$ (the 48 hrs waiting time is mandatory on stars)

Look at this: https://www.pokerstars.eu/poker/room/support/security-faq/
"Can I cashout the funds I received via transfers?

In accordance to our END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, on PokerStars it is not permitted to cashout funds received via transfers from other players:

  • a. A receiving User agrees that they may only use the funds from an account transfer to play the Games and not for any other purpose.
  • b. Users cannot cash out funds directly received from a transfer.
We therefore ask that you do not submit said cashout request and that you continue playing the received funds at our tables"

And there is a question: what is "cash directly received from a transfer", when it's mixed with our cash, we play for this money and we win more?

i have transfer to/from others before & cash out w/o any hassle & i play mostly 11c sats (w/ total BI like 50c - 2$ in a day)

so my suggestion is to play a few cheap sats/sngs/2nl hands before you cash out the transferred money

Exactly how it is. It's called T$ money. You should put those money in the pot/use for buy in. All winnings yours.

The money that has been transferred can not be withdrawn, except that you make the money. I spent a few weeks transferring to another account (to another account of mine) and I was denied the withdrawal, I had to return it to my account at Which wins.

I do not really agree with this method, it seems to me to be useless because if someone transfers or gives money to another person, the person can do with that money what he wants, whatever he wants and ready.

skrill account is the best!
Only first withdrawal is taking some time, and after that - immediate transfer.
The same apply for the deposit - immediate transfer!

they said clearly that you can't use PS to transfer money as a bank or something obviosly if you recieve or deposit money in your PS account it should be to use it, after you put some money in play an win something it will be released to do whatever u want transfer it or withdraw it ... I used P2P ps transfers and had no problem withdrawing after some use

It's seem that they make some changes on P2P on PS.I notice that all the changes that they made since Amaya bye PS not one is on the players favor
Many of us use PS to P2P on PS and with this new politic I think that I will choice to not play there anymore.
Party and 888 have a better promotion and if we can not use it for P2P I do not see the advantage to play there.

Yes you can.
The system retains its money to avoid fraud, as soon as you receive a transfer, the same is unavailable for transfers or withdrawals, after you play a little you will realize that it will increase the value and releasing your money

Withdrawing money from PokerStars is near impossible unless all of your $ is win prize.
1. I deposited 20$ and played some, it seemed all of my withdrawn money is locked forever there.
2. I transferred few bucks to my friend, (in this case my win money was available to transfer or withdraw). Now he can't withdraw or transfer this money, it become only playable money..

You have to wager the amount transfered before it becomes withdrawable and then only $100 min.. Never been any different.

You have to turn the $48 into $100 before you can withdraw ;
Or wager the $48 and deposit enough to make up your profit or loss to the $100 minimum withdrawal limit .
