Withdrawals issue

Hi been with partypoker for a while now . Mostly play just sports betting . Recently deposited some funds(June 6) they were withdrawn from my bank with no issues June 11, I recently won $2600 , and withdrew it from my account June 11th .. usually only takes 3-4 days .. it's been over 10 now. All my info is verified and I have withdrew before and never took this long .. talked to live chat 4 times now ,and they keep saying it'll be processed and feels like they're just giving me the run-around .. has this happened to anyone else . It just seems like I finally win a nice amount and they won't release it ? Thanks

888poker is not paying your prizes

Hello people I have a serious problem.
I did a transfer of 300 US dollars on 23/06/2018 at 888poker room and the transfer did not happen and they allegation that was paid.
And on 06.27.2018 made a 100 US dollars and also not happened, again they allegation that was paid, but nothing came into my account.
Or are robbing me or the poker room 888poker this failing, breaking.
my account it's verified , my data it's updated.
I made several contacts with the support that allegation that was paid, that suffering I do not know what else to do.
If someone can help me thank you post.
