Withdrawals, am I goin mad! 20yr vet

Hello, trying to get straight answer, as "every" site I contact wont give one.

If I deposit say $1000 on my debit card and win $3000, can I withdrawal say $2000 on the same debit card in one go?
I do not mean withdrawal $1000 then another $1000 a wk later.

I ask as it says on every sites T&C that "I can only withdrawal up to the same amount I deposited".
So could a kind individual please explain it simply for me, as this cannot be right?

I have been playing live for 20yrs(ups&downs.
I have decided to come out of my dinosaur closet and see if I can get in at the beginning(joke).

It all depends on the site. Each one has their own set of rules. and you can't always believe what they tell you either.

sir i wouldnt recomend depositing that much online unless your in one of the states that its legal.

Yes Mr super that is the reason.
That is why I is worried, if I had to take out quickly and they say "no its more than you deposited".
Of course I could lose but just in case I did not, I cant understanding why they do this!
